1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, logging into, or using any product or service offered by bd8 at bd8.games, you ("the Player") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and bd8 in respect of your use of the platform.

If you are accessing bd8 on behalf of an organisation or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In the event you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use bd8 in any capacity.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

To register for and use a bd8 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You are registering and acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended bd8 account.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or direct family member of a bd8 employee or contractor.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

bd8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to bd8's satisfaction. The platform does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.

3Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bd8 username and password. bd8 will treat any action taken on your account using your login credentials as an action authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bd8 immediately by contacting [email protected].

bd8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. bd8 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account where shared access is suspected.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

bd8 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change without notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. bd8 will not process deposits received from third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply to each payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. bd8 does not charge a fee on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

bd8 reserves the right to reverse any deposit if the transaction is identified as fraudulent, charged back, or linked to prohibited activity. Deposits made in error are not automatically refundable and must be reported to support within 24 hours.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but are not entitled to withdraw funds until the verification process is successfully completed. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card or passport) and, where requested, proof of payment method ownership.

bd8 targets withdrawal processing times of 15 to 20 minutes for bKash and Nagad and up to 3 business days for bank transfers, subject to volume and security review. bd8 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request without providing specific reasons. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account settings.

Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account. bd8 will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6Bonuses and Promotions

bd8 offers bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

bd8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time prior to the promotion being credited to a player's account. Once credited, the applicable wagering requirements remain in effect as originally stated. Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued and may not be transferred.

Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated software to satisfy wagering requirements, or placing opposing bets on the same event to reduce risk — will have all bonus balances and associated winnings voided and their account closed.

7Betting Rules

All bets placed on bd8 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are available within each betting market and game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

bd8 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, placed at an obviously incorrect price, or placed on an event where the outcome was known to the player at the time of placement. Bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided. bd8 also reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for any player, market, or event at its sole discretion without providing prior notice or explanation.

For cricket markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series featuring the Bangladesh Tigers, bd8 applies Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) methodology for rain-affected matches in accordance with the relevant tournament rules. All cricket betting rules are published in the Cricket section of the platform.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bd8 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play casino games.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any competitive game format.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to disguise the origin of funds.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks with payment providers after receiving winnings.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds — any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity information during registration or KYC verification.

9Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

bd8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All players have access to deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools directly from their account settings. Self-exclusion, once activated, will remain in force for the minimum period selected by the player and cannot be reversed during that period.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the bd8 platform — including but not limited to software, code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, and the compilation thereof — is the intellectual property of bd8 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on bd8 without prior written consent from bd8. Unauthorised use of bd8's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd8 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with your use of the bd8 platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if bd8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bd8's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made by that player to bd8 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by bd8's gross negligence or fraud.

bd8 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical downtime, or third-party network failures that render the platform temporarily inaccessible do not give rise to any liability on bd8's part.

12Privacy and Data Protection

bd8 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering for a bd8 account, you consent to bd8 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bd8 applies industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption to protect all personal and financial data transmitted to or from the platform.

bd8 may be required to disclose player information to competent authorities in response to lawful requests, court orders, or regulatory requirements. bd8 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

13Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your bd8 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules and any remaining verified balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

bd8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bd8 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to bd8 or other players. In cases of suspected fraud, bd8 may freeze account funds pending investigation without providing prior notice.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of bd8, you agree to first contact bd8's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. bd8 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days of receipt.

bd8's customer support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) and is the first and preferred point of contact for any account or transaction dispute. Players are encouraged to retain records of all communications with bd8 for reference purposes.

15Amendments to These Terms

bd8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are material, bd8 will notify players via account notification or email. Your continued use of the bd8 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept any changes, you must stop using bd8 and may request account closure as described in Clause 13.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. bd8 recommends reviewing the Terms and Conditions each time you log in to your account, particularly before making a deposit or claiming a new promotion.
